Terms and Conditions
- We operate a no quibble returns policy so if your not happy with your item just send it back to us for a refund or exchange.
- Any exchange requests are subject to product availability.
- Return postage is paid by the customer and will only be refunded in the event of a faulty item upto a maximum of £5.00.
- The purchase price of any item is made up of 80% item and 20% postage and packaging therefore if an item is returned and is not faulty, you will only be refunded 80% of the price paid. For example - a returned item costing £10.00 will be refunded at £8.00. The 20% is to cover the postage and packaging costs.
- Footwear will not be accepted for return if it is not in its original packaging or has been worn outside.
- Certain items are non-returnable for hygienic reasons such as earrings.
- All orders received before 1pm will be processed the same day and dispatched the same day. Any order received after 1pm may still be processed the same day but will most likely be dispatched the following day.
- We use a variety of postage methods depending on the weight of your order. Your order is expected to be delivered within 3 working days of receiving payment for UK. Please note that if an order is placed on a Bank Holiday or Weekend the order will be processed on the next working day.
- If in the unlikely event your order does not arrive within the expected period please email us at heels2bags@fsmail.net . We will investigate with our delivery service and reply by email. Please note that it can take upto 14 days for the delivery service to resolve our investigation and therefore we are unable to replace your order or provide a refund until the investigation is complete.
- European orders can take upto 25 days to be delivered and therefore can not be investigated until this period has passed. Please only email us regarding an undelivered item after the 25 day period.
- All products remain the property of Heel2Bags until paid for in full. In the event that a payment should be recalled or charged back after the order has been dispatched the product should be returned to Heels2Bags immediatley.
